Design is something very familiar with Giannino Castiglioni, who as entrepreneur, has drawn his creativity and experience from small electrical appliances. Giannino’s experience started with his family, the designers “Castiglioni”: Livio, Piergiacomo and Achille.

In 1989, Giannino Castiglioni in cooperation with his wife Carla Borlè Castiglioni and Maurizio Borletti, founded Trabo, which specializes in small electrical appliances that are designed by well known professionals.

The son Emanuele Castiglioni follows with dedication and commitment throughout the commercial aspect and coordinates Trabo sales. The synergy created between Gae Aulenti, Piero Russi, Federica Castiglioni, and young designers with Atelier Castiglioni Jr-Lab, have contributed to Trabo’s success.

Made in Italy is the main concept of Trabo which is linked to the creativity from Atelier Castiglioni Jr, where ideas, passions and determination have become the innovative projects, for styles and materials.
